IQRAA International Hospital & Research centre is a 430 bedded, NABH & NABL accredited hospital group situated in Kozhikode, Kerala. The healthcare provider is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to deliver the best of services. IQRAA has 11 community hospitals and community clinics in Kozhikode, Malappuram, Wayanad and Idukki districts of Kerala. SMARTHMS Solutions is proud to serve the IQRAA group of hospitals and deliver the best in class software suite aligned to the goal of the healthcare provider. Our association with IQRAA group of hospitals began in [Year] and continues to flourish till today. Our product, SMARTHMIS is being utilised by 140 doctors, 1637 nursing & paramedical staff handling over 2500 OP’s daily, which is a testament to its scalability.

The mission at our hand at IQRAA was to deploy a solution embracing their goal of Branch expansions, integration of lab & devices and e-transformation of 10 years of legacy Data into a single Hospital Management System. The management was initially operating 3 branches and wanted to centralize their branch operations, we aligned or application with the goal and delivered the best possible Hospital management software cable of hosting a branch architecture. We delivered on successful migration of 10 years of clinical and non-clinical data without any error, enabling smooth transition and Go-Live process.

Upon implementation we successfully conducted comprehensive training session for 120 doctors &1500 employees. The System went live without a single instance of roll back to the old system with migration of data with 2500 OP daily. We were successful in implementing a centralised data structure and data centre with branch architecture implementation with Linux driven environment setup.

Post Go-Live and realisation of the potentiality of hosting a robust Branch Architecture, IQRAA group subsequently added 13 branches to the core system totalling a huge 5000 OP Visits daily in the system. This also showcased our capability to implement a new branch in less than 24 hours. To this date we continue our association with IQRAA group of hospitals by helping IQRAA with innovations, customisations and support activities to help accelerate growth and furtherance their vision.
